Card #203 of Will Smith featured a photo of fellow Giants left-hander Tony Watson. This error was corrected for the factory sets; however, all parallels of this card were not corrected. The error card can be identified by the "50" sleeve patch. On the corrected card, Will Smith has a beard.
Once again, Topps incorrectly states that each card is a "one-of-one." The correct production figures for each card are listed below. These cards are exclusive to Series Two Hobby and Jumbo packs. Included in all factory sets is a Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. card.

It always disappoints me, the effort they put into the selection of the players. And as others have said… WAY, WAY too many inserts. Yet another year of the base set featuring a predominance of contorted, in-game faces.
Topps Series 1 Baseball Checklist
The choice of the white fade on the left side followed by the grey border might be ‘dulling’ the player photo image, might be an ink issue, or a combo of both, not sure. As you can see I am not a fan of borders, especially off centered with various shades of grey. I have noticed this with the players names as well. For example #92 Clayton Richard name is easy to read on some cards but almost invisible on others (Trey, I wish we could submit photo’s here).

While this card is short-printed, it does not appear to be as extremely short-printed as the 2012 Harper or 2018 Acuna and Torres cards were. It also appears to be more attainable that any of the other Series Two gimmick cards. Each Series One Legends Gimmick card has the production code on the reverse side of "#CMP031968".
Topps Series 1 Baseball Cards
On the reverse side, each card is serial-numbered to 150 copies and the conventional statistics have been replaced. I have purchased Topps cards now for over 50 years and have been a fan of Topps and only Topps during that time. 1 where are the rookies I have been waiting on. Senzel,Guerrero,Jimenez,Cease,Alonzo,Rodgers Whitley to name a few.

That is why prices are high and production keeps going up every year. Simple economics, Topps is just keeping up with demand. Most of their products are sold out in one day after release on their website. You can thank whoever invented the internet for prices not being higher than they are now. Although I have to believe that all the new young stars the game has produced in the recent years such as Trout, Judge, Ohtani, Soto, ect.
How can a low end company like Donruss have them and TOPPS doesn’t. Very unhappy been waiting all winter for these rookie cards .A JOKE. “Some changes are coming with 2019 Topps baseball cards. Expect to pay a little more for a little less. Depending on what inserts they have and what they look like I may not collect anything from this set at all.

Really hard to complete that set if you want to. Once the code is entered, the collector must predict the exact day his designated player hits a home run. All winning entries would then be entered into a drawing for additional prizes . The Grand Prize is an all-expenses paid trip for two to the 2019 All-Star Game's Home Run Derby.
