I would give a 0-star review, but that's not an option. I do not recommend building with Fieldstone Family Homes. When they did final grade on my lot, it was not done correctly. When my landscapers showed up to lay sod, they had to re-grade my entire lot. That cost an extra bill to me, that Fieldstone is refusing to pay. My sidewalk and steps had to be removed and repoured.

At 1 year, after my warranty is up, like I previously stated, Fieldstone is not legally obligated to fix any issues. Which again, after my experience with Fieldstone, I have no confidence would be fixed. Organized, professional people on site and most of all efficient. Mike who runs Fieldstone organized a tree removal and setting truss' on the same day. We we able to be efficient and keep the homeowners happy with production and less expense to them.

Fieldstone Family Homes did a great job and was very accommodating with the changes we came up with. Ryan did an excellent job as sight supervisor. The team made helpful suggestions which made our home more completely meet our needs.

I got the OK from Fieldstone they'd pay the bill to fix my landscaping after the concrete was removed and repoured. Fieldstone is yet again not paying this bill. I also have several things in my house that need to be addressed, that are not being taken care of. The contractors they hire are garbage and do a poor job. Quality of work is not something Fieldstone cares about.

I feel like Topps needs to get back to basics and start listening to collectors. I’m not talking about mid-high end products that are expected to be flashy. They need to make cards easy to interpret front and back.

A nice design but again a but of a generic look. I bought my Hobby box and got an autograph of a player I never heard of and 2 relics that are basically common players. Buf up the inserts and cut down on base cards in each pack to make it a bit more enticing to purchase. These cards were randomly inserted into specially-marked factory sets sold at Target.

Really curious to see the checklist on the grapefruit league and the Legacy of Baseball Autographs . My favorite is the 2016 set – loved the mold-breaking borderless design. 2017 wasn’t as innovative; 2018 was a little better. Naturally, the rich history of the flagship Topps Baseball product line has resulted in many different designs over the year.

While, in recent years, Topps Baseball has had a massive number of inserts, for 2019 both the size of most insert sets and the insertion ratios have been greatly increased. Why doesn’t topps bring back the walmart blue and target red border cards. I really miss collecting those cards and was one of the reasons i bought retail topps. Just check Trout and Harper recent sales… please bring back the red and blues….

Significant Statistics Autographs

This card, which was provisionally-numbered #700 on the checklist issued by Topps, is NOT sequentially-numbered. Also notable is a reduction in the size of the standard Hobby waxbox from 36 packs to although the number of cards in each Hobby pack was enlarged from ten to fourteen. This year's flagship has as its theme a celebration of Professional Baseball's 150th Anniversary, with Anniversary-themed inserts and parallels serial-numbered to 150 copies.

Showcasing a modern star alongside a retired legend, Greatness Returns identifies standouts across multiple eras. Moving past the field of play, Revolution of the Game is for the game-changing subjects who weren't players. This set is exclusive to retail Blaster boxes and is serial-numbered to ten. One Chrome Greatest Cards Reprint Medallion was included in each specially-marked factory set sold at Walmart.

I wonder why they are getting rid of cards in packs. Are they finally figuring out that people do not like buying their crappy cards and are making less of them. They will decrease card and pack size but keep the price the same or raise it. Offering many of the 2019 Topps Series 1 Baseball themes in an all-memorabilia form, relics help close out the flagship set.

The quality control of card centering appears way of to me this year vs. the last two ‘full bleed’ card designs. Not an overwhelming amount of Rookies, too many inserts and my mostly glaring issue is that RON GUIDRY season is not ranked in greatest seasons. A number that has only been surpassed once since is quite a total, especially when you consider that 20 wins is becoming more of a rarity. An .893 win percentage for starting 35 games is astounding. I could go on and on about eye popping numbers.

Does everyone want some cheese with your whine? IMO I think topps has done a pretty good job of ressurrecting a pretty much dead industry in the late 90s. I dont know the facts but i would guess that demand is strong as ever, or at least close to what it was in 90s before it crashed.

150th Anniversary Commemorative Medallions are exclusive to Hobby wax and Hobby Jumbo packs. Each card was produced (and serial-numbered) to the number of winning entries for that player in that month. Gleyber Torres Highlights is exclusive to Series One packs sold at Target stores. Highlights is exclusive to Series One packs sold at Walmart stores.

Best part of this set for me was the Ronald Acuna highlights that came in hanger and blaster boxes. Not to mention I received two Pedroia 150 year patch cards in a row. Topps is placing inserts into certain products only – like the 100 stars of the game in retail single packs.

It always disappoints me, the effort they put into the selection of the players. And as others have said… WAY, WAY too many inserts. Yet another year of the base set featuring a predominance of contorted, in-game faces.

The choice of the white fade on the left side followed by the grey border might be ‘dulling’ the player photo image, might be an ink issue, or a combo of both, not sure. As you can see I am not a fan of borders, especially off centered with various shades of grey. I have noticed this with the players names as well. For example #92 Clayton Richard name is easy to read on some cards but almost invisible on others (Trey, I wish we could submit photo’s here).

I have purchased Topps cards now for over 50 years and have been a fan of Topps and only Topps during that time. 1 where are the rookies I have been waiting on. Senzel,Guerrero,Jimenez,Cease,Alonzo,Rodgers Whitley to name a few.

That is why prices are high and production keeps going up every year. Simple economics, Topps is just keeping up with demand. Most of their products are sold out in one day after release on their website. You can thank whoever invented the internet for prices not being higher than they are now. Although I have to believe that all the new young stars the game has produced in the recent years such as Trout, Judge, Ohtani, Soto, ect.

How can a low end company like Donruss have them and TOPPS doesn’t. Very unhappy been waiting all winter for these rookie cards .A JOKE. “Some changes are coming with 2019 Topps baseball cards. Expect to pay a little more for a little less. Depending on what inserts they have and what they look like I may not collect anything from this set at all.

Really hard to complete that set if you want to. Once the code is entered, the collector must predict the exact day his designated player hits a home run. All winning entries would then be entered into a drawing for additional prizes . The Grand Prize is an all-expenses paid trip for two to the 2019 All-Star Game's Home Run Derby.
